The downloadable documents are in an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). PDF documents may be read with Adobe Acrobat Reader, a document reading program installed on most computers. If you receive an error while trying to read these documents, you may need to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader utility from the Adobe Acrobat Reader website.

Many browsers will open these documents in a separate window without saving the file to your computer. If you wish to save the file to your computer, simply follow these steps:

1. Right-click the link.
2. Choose "Save Target as..." from the pop-up menu.
3. Enter the name and location you would like to save the file to.
