Action has a standard turnaround time of 6 WEEKS on custom orders of any size. This means once we receive your custom materials (cover art, handbook), your order will ship within six weeks—sometimes even sooner.

We encourage customers to order as early as possible, as our busy summer production season fills quickly, and prime dates and popular inventory are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Besides, you can place an order now based on your best estimates, then change the details once they become available. For schools that simply can't act any earlier, we're happy to accept orders all summer long (and into fall) as demand allows.
Absolutely. We based our products and service on direct input from students, teachers, and administrators. If the way we work makes sense and makes your job easier, then we've accomplished our number one goal. That said, if you ever want something we don't currently offer, let us know.
